CAREER OVERVIEW

Mr. Roberson’s career has not been typical and it has given him one of the most comprehensive and diverse skill sets in the industry. He maintains a personal hands-on involvement in every project under his charge in multiple industries and market segments simultaneously. In contrast, most individuals focus on one technical area of the “assembly line” where, after generating work products for a few years, they transition to organizational management leaving their client’s projects in the hands of inexperienced staff.

 

Roy has experience from the perspective of design and building to leading world-class development projects in the fastest growing markets in the country including Dallas, Texas in the late 1980s and Orange County California in the 1990s and 2000s where he served clientele ranging from small builders to the largest and wealthiest private developer in the US and in some of the most challenging markets in the country. He has also assumed personal direct investment responsibility and risk in his own projects.
