Our Team: Jim Miller
Mr. Miller is a successful Vice President/General Manager who brings over 20 years of business leadership working for multi-national corporations. He consistently has led teams, businesses and projects to much higher levels of performance than they were achieving before. His expertise includes strategic planning and follow-up, operations leadership, management, lean and a strong reputation for being on time and hitting the financial numbers. Mr. Miller has worked in a wide range of industrial markets including transportation, chemicals, defense, rubber, aerospace, consumer batteries, bio-chemistry and electric vehicles.
Mr. Miller has managed a $34+ million dollar defense business, a high tech supplier of energy storage systems and development, a $28 million industrial rubber business, $80 million, multi-site business in the portable battery market, and a $70 million/year ISO 9001 unionized plant, and a $40 million dollar military supplier.
Jim has performed three successful turnarounds where the businesses made millions of dollars in improvements in a short time. He has managed eight figure defense projects, grown operations by over 300 percent, managed 1400 people, worked in Mexico, led the electric vehicle activity for a major international battery company, started up a chemical plant, started his own business, developed state of the art energy storage system technology and grown businesses significantly.
